I often wonder if we are the only species with the capability to reflect. It's obvious other animals are capable of "fun," make descisions based on emotion, feel pain, and panic, and think for themselves. But I wonder if they can look back on their lives, their primal lives, and can feel pride, regret, or reflect on what has happened. Or, I also wonder whether other animals look at the beauty of nature and appreciate it as something that gives life and provides a home.
