Good ol' Edward atop the piano. I got him out that morning and set him on it, and played for him. Snakes are deaf, but they can pick up vibrations. And he did seem to calm down a great deal, and ran his jaw along the piano, picking up the vibrations. At some point I think I put him to sleep XD I stopped playing for a while, then tapped him. Good old Edward
