Real. I laid down, curled up and holding my microbe close. The blankets were cool and felt nice against my arms.
As a closed my eyes and began to drift just a bit, thoughts invaded my mind.
Oh please…not at three in the morning…

The bed creaked under sudden weight, and I felt the blankets being moved. Frozen in fear and confusion, I almost jolted when I felt a strong reptilian tail wrap around me.
My breathing was slow as he slid under the big white blanket, which just barely was big enough for the both of us. I laughed to myself; he must've made my bed look like it had a big white tumor.
He rested his head on my shoulder, and agains
15. Silence She walked out the door, distraught. But…something would happen, she kept telling herself. Something would happen.
The sky was strange, and possessed a very foreboding quality. The clouds loomed over the world, and while everyone else was inside their homes talking, she was out in the cold, in the silence. She'd taken her ipod, but, well…she wanted to talk out loud.
After a decent few minutes in silence, she heard crows cawing from all around. That was normal; but one of them sounded different. It was…stronger. It almost had meaning.
Spinning around and gasping, she listened intently for it, her eyes searching the sky.
